MUSIL HAD IT RIGHT

“Strong emotional experiences are for the most part impersonal. Anyone who has hated another person so much that only chance stands between that person and death knows this, as does whoever has fallen into the catastrophe of a deep depression, anyone who has loved a woman to the dregs, anyone who has beaten others bloody or ever come up behind another person with muscles trembling. "Losing one's head," language calls it. Emotional experience is, in itself, poor in qualities; qualities are brought to it by the person who has the experience.” ~Robert Musil

MY FACE HIDES NOTHING...

For me that quote rings more then true. I hide nothing, I don’t have Gaga’s poker face or Eastwoods cool stare, I wear everything like a mask over my face and the more I’m pressed the more the look becomes chiselled onto my face.

I want to say so much but I know it falls on deaf ears; more than that…I want to drive over you with a semi-truck, push you from tall building or drown you in the ocean you see every day.

I want you…Yes YOU to finally realize I was and am right. For now I suppose I’ll just wear my discontentment until you fade to oblivion and I can remove the mask my emotions have created.
